CROSSFIT CLASSES FOR ANY LEVEL

CrossFit classes are perfect for the individual looking for a supportive fitness community that will motivate and hold each other accountable. 

 

Group classes take one hour or less and are led by our experienced coaches, who aim to individualize your experience in a group setting. For our military members, this is a great opportunity to workout without a PT belt on or an angry NCO making sure you have the right socks on.

We use a variety of functional movements that can be scaled to fit any one’s skill and/or comfort level. What this means, is that we use hundreds of different movements in different stylized workout plans to keep you coming back wondering what’s next. 

 

We believe, Fitness should be FUN! Our coaches will assist you in scaling/modifying any movement so that no matter your skill level you can still meet the objectives of the workout and feel strong doing it.

We conduct these classes in a fun, properly-programmed, community-like setting that’s designed to keep everyone progressing forward.

 

You do not have to "get in shape" to start CrossFit, that's what we're here for!
