You do not have to be in shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!
Enjoy training in a motivating and uplifting group environment.
Willing to dedicate 3 days a week to making changes.
Willing to check your ego at the door. This is a place where hard work is the measure of success.
Willing to commit to the entire program. When learning new movements you will be sore from the new range of motion.
Willing to commit to making changes. We can't do the work for you. You must do this for YOU!

The Foundations Course meets Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7-8pm. The price for the 2 weeks is only $99. You also receive 1 FREE week of classes at the end of the course.
