The Remote Coaching process starts with a phone or Skype consultation with your coach. You will discuss your goals, training history, past/current injuries, training location/equipment available and nutrition.

After the consultation you will start the assessment phase. This can take up to 2 weeks depending on your current fitness level. We will test upper body, lower body, core, bending and single leg strength as well as anaerobic and aerobic work capacity.

You will receive your workouts online weekly through Fitbot. Using this software we can track your results, see videos you submit and keep tabs on nutrition.
