B. 4 sets - Snatch pull + Hang snatch + Snatch
C. EMOM8 - 5 TNG Squat Snatch 115/75 focus on breathing, this is lighter weight so you don't need to brace like a 1rm
D. 5 sets - Back Squat x5 @3111 75-80%
